Early College High School Blueprint
The Blueprint identifies five benchmarks which serve as the foundational elements of the model and describes essential design elements for each benchmark.
The Blueprint outlines the required design element artifacts to be published publicly and made available to TEA upon request.
The Blueprint defines outcomes-based measures (OBMs) for required data indicators related to access, achievement, and attainment.

All Palmview High School P-TECH students will build a strong educational foundation and develop critical thinking and leadership skills that empower them to graduate college-ready, career-ready, and workforce-ready, while also preparing them to achieve their goals and contribute meaningfully to society as 21st-century professionals.
Mission
Palmview High School's Pathways in Technology Early College High School is committed to empowering students to think critically and reflectively, applying their knowledge and skills to real-world challenges. Through rigorous, relevant, and hands-on learning experiences, we provide a unique education that prepares students for success. Our project-based, integrated curriculum fosters collaboration, innovation, and practical problem-solving. By building strong relationships with the school community, higher education institutions, technical experts, and business partners, we ensure our students are equipped to thrive in a dynamic and ever-changing world.

All Pathways in Technology Early College High School (P-TECH) artifacts shall be published on the P-TECH’s website and made available to TEA upon request. The artifacts shall be maintained in accordance with the local records retention policy.
